Usage

Corrosion

Functional property (technical details)

Acid corrosion resistance

Typical applications

Protective coatings for reactors and heat exchangers in chemical treatment, exploiting resistance to acid corrosion for durability in aggressive environments such as sulfuric or hydrochloric acids. Coatings for scrubbers and ducting in pollution control, taking advantage of fluidity for homogeneous deposits via HVOF or plasma spray, protecting against localized corrosion in combustion gases.

Key benefits

Good sphericity, high fluidity, particle size homogeneity, low oxidation
